The experience at Evans Motor Company was fantastic because from day one of the purchase I was kept upto date on the progress and advice given throughout the process and when an item was missing a replacement was found very quickly with no fuss.There was no hard sell just genuine eagerness to provide me with the necessary information on my purchase would recommend the team on their professional service
Our experience with Evans Motor Company was excellent. We actually looked at purchasing a Motorhome approx 18mths/2 yrs ago but the timing was a little too soon financially but Simon afforded us some time and explained a lot about Motorhoming which helped us to determine that was the route we wanted to take and we also knew back then that we would buy from them, if of course they had a suitable unit when the time came. When that time came just a couple of weeks ago, we obviously did a quick internet search, campared a few vans in various locations around the country but decided our best option was to buy locally because of our experience on our first visit. Needless to say we couldn't afford brand new but found a unit with the layout that we wanted, in great condition with low mileage. Dean and Simon are very approachable, knowledgeable and patient whilst we got the finances in place, paid the deposit and waited for things to finalise. We took delivery, had a great handover from Dean and had one minor issue that they resolved quickly. All in all, if we decide to change in a few years, we will have no hesitation in returning to Evans MC once again.
